  • Can I add more items to the order after I paid?
    You won't have any option on the website to add any more products once the order was paid and registered in our system. If you'd like to add one or more products within 1 hour since the moment you placed the initial order, please contact us and we'll wave off the delivery fee for the added items. Please note that added items won't be considered a separate order and you'll not received extra samples or gifts for it.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Our products are made to order so once we start creating a product we cannot cancel or change the order. If you'd like to change your order or cancel it you can do so within 2 hours from the moment you placed the order if it wasn't already dispatched.
  • What should I know before my first purchase?
    Welcome to TMC family ! We are so excited you are taking the first step to your all-natural, vegan, plant-based hair and skin GLOW. Before you purchase for the first time, know that everyone's skin is different. What works for one person might not work for you the same way. Always stop use if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not ingest any of the products (outside of the Herbal Tea ) Consult with your doctor before use if pregnant
  • Do you offer free samples?
    TMC aims to help each customer make the most educated purchase decision before investing in a full size product through samples of our products within orders. You might even get the opportunity to experience new unreleased products within your order.If you are looking for sample of certain products please contact us anytime.
  • Do you accept returns?
    As our items are made to order with a limited shelf life, the products can't be returned.If your item was stolen or not delivered due to different issues with the carrier, we can't take any responsibility and you'll not receive a refund or replacement of the item. If any mistake was made on our end or if your item arrived damaged due to packaging, you'll be entitled to 100% refund or replacement, at your choice.Please always contact us before taking any actions via our live chat or email.
  • Will my product expire?
    Our products are crafted with organic and natural ingredients including the extracts that can act as anti-oxidants. Every single one of our products is made to order so that you always receive them fresh. Our 100% organic range comes with recommendations on the label such as (Keep in the fridge for best conservation). All the products are marked with a best before date that should be respected.
  • Do you offer discounts or free delivery?
    Being a part of our family comes with a lot of benefits. For every pound spent you earn one point, as well as for subscribing to our email , create an account etc. You can check your total amount of point on 'my rewards' section under your account.The points can be transformed in vouchers ,free items or free delivery.
  • Do you test on animals?
    Never. Our products are tested on humans not animals and we make no medical claims on any of our products.
  • Which product is best for my skin type ?

  • Why is my cream or butter soft?
    During the summer season butters and creams may melt during shipping. Each jar is fully stuffed but due to the heat , they might change consistency when melted, this will cause the product to look less in the jar. You are still getting the same amount of product, however, it will be a slightly different consistency. What should you do if you receive a melted butter? Pop your melted butter into the fridge for 15-20 minutes (or until solid) and your butter will become a balm consistency.
